All content, features, and functionalities provided in the PCI360 app, including but not limited to checklists, forms, templates, text, images, designs, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights to this content are owned or controlled by PCI360 and its affiliates.

2. Permissible Use

PCI360 is provided for personal use only. Commercial use of the app, its checklists, reports, or any other content is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from PCI360. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use PCI360 solely for personal purposes related to personal property inspections and quality tracking. Unauthorized commercial use, distribution, or reproduction is a violation of these Terms and may lead to account suspension or legal action.

3. Inspection Report Generation and Data Backup

Users are responsible for generating, saving, and securely backing up completed inspection reports outside of the PCI360 app to ensure they have a copy of their inspection records. PCI360 does not guarantee indefinite storage or accessibility of user data within the app. In the event of app malfunction, loss of data, or account deactivation, PCI360 assumes no responsibility for any data loss or inability to access previously created reports. Users are strongly encouraged to regularly export and store their reports to ensure consistent access.

4. Restrictions

Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the app. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or any part thereof.

5. Third-Party Offers and Referral Commissions

PCI360 may provide users with access to third-party offers, products, or services (collectively, "Offers") within the app. PCI360 may receive commissions, referral fees, or other compensation for any purchases or engagements made by users through these Offers. The presence of Offers within PCI360 does not imply endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of the quality, suitability, or availability of such third-party products or services. 7. No Substitute for Licensed Building Inspection

The PCI360 checklist is designed to assist users in organizing and recording practical completion inspection items, providing a structured approach to tracking room-by-room features and warranty work. However, PCI360 is not a substitute for the services of a licensed building inspector or other certified professionals. The app’s checklist should not be used as the sole method for identifying potential construction or structural issues.

No liability is accepted by PCI360 for any building defects or issues that may later be found. Users are encouraged to consult with licensed building inspectors or qualified professionals to ensure compliance with building standards and to fully evaluate the quality and condition of any construction.

PCI360 may include links to third-party websites, content, or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such external sites and do not endorse any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

PCI360 is provided "as is," and we make no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the app or its content. PCI360 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Use of PCI360 does not guarantee the identification or prevention of any potential issues or defects within a property.

10. Termination

PCI360 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the app without prior notice for violation of these Terms and Conditions or for other reasonable causes.

11. Amendments to Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting within the app. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms and Conditions.
